AGREEMENT TO TERMSBy entering and participating in the gaming activities at Shark Club Casino, you ("Player" or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Play (the "Agreement"). FORCE MAJEUREShark Club Casino will not be liable for failure to perform any obligations under the Agreement where such performance has been prevented or delayed due to circumstances beyond its control (including but not limited to Acts of God, governmental actions and changes in law).
AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PLAYShark Club Casino reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice to you by updating this Agreement on our website.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTIONThis Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws. Any disputes arising out of or related to any Gaming Activities shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in such Jurisdiction.
COMPLETE AGREEMENTThese Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Shark Club Casino and you regarding your participation in Gaming Activities at our establishment.
DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

"Shark Club Casino" includes all its related companies, licensees, successors-in-title or assigns.
A reference to a particular provision of this Agreement is to be read as a reference to that provision and other provisions which are substantially similar (for the purposes of giving effect to such provisions in the event that any term or condition of this Agreement becomes void).
